How the connection works
What Rankdesk does inside Webflow
Push based into a Webflow CMS collection through the Data API v2.
What you need first
- A site plan with CMS, plus a CMS collection for posts
- A Webflow API token with CMS write access
- Fields for title, slug, rich text body and main image
Good to know
- Webflow CMS item limits apply per plan, so high volume sites need a higher tier.
- Items are published live through the API, but a manual site publish is still needed after structural design changes.
Field mapping to Webflow
| Rankdesk | Webflow |
|---|---|
| Body | Rich text field, headings and tables preserved |
| Slug | Collection item slug |
| Featured image | Main image field |
| Meta fields | Your SEO title and description fields |
